Payment Terms

Payment is exclusively by bank transfer.

Deposit on bookingWhen booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is payable. The deposit must be transferred immediately after booking, and no later than 5 days after the booking has been completed. If the deposit is not paid on time, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the booking.

Remaining balanceThe remaining 75% of the total amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We know that travel plans can sometimes change. To help you plan your booking with peace of mind, the following cancellation policy applies:

Up to 5 days before arrival

Cancellation is possible up to and including 5 days before your scheduled arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit already paid, amounting to 25% of the total price, will not be refunded.

Less than 5 days before arrival

For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

From this point onward, cancellation is no longer free of charge.

We recommend taking out suitable travel cancellation insurance for your trip, so that you are as well protected as possible in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
