Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all direct bookings of the Panorama Chalet and Panorama Garden Suite at Alpine Retreat Salzkammergut. By confirming a booking, guests agree to these terms.

2. Booking

A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation by Alpine Retreat Salzkammergut. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.

3. Rates

The rates confirmed at the time of booking apply. Any mandatory local taxes or legal charges will be shown separately where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment conditions are specified during the booking process. The deposit is due immediately after booking via bank transfer. The remaining balance must also be paid via bank transfer and received no later than 10 days before the arrival date. On-site payments at the property can only be made in cash.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 4:00 PM
• Check-out until 10:00 AM

Alternative times may be arranged subject to availability.

6. Cancellation

The cancellation policy selected during booking applies.

7. Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests are expected to treat the accommodation and all facilities with care. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.

8. Pets

Dogs are welcome only upon prior approval. Owners are responsible for any damage or extraordinary cleaning costs.

9. Liability

Alpine Retreat Salzkammergut shall only be liable within the limits prescribed by Austrian law. No liability is accepted for personal belongings, valuables or vehicles. The use of the sauna, garden and all outdoor facilities is at the guest's own risk.

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law shall apply.

House Rules

To ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 4:00 PM
• Check-out until 10:00 AM

Early or late check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Peace & Quiet

Alpine Retreat Salzkammergut is designed as a place to relax and unwind. Please be considerate of fellow guests and our neighbours, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Non-Smoking Property

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors using the designated ashtrays.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome upon prior request. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended and are kept off the beds and furniture.

Garden & Wellness Area

The Relax Garden, outdoor sauna with infrared function, yoga area and peaceful relaxation spaces are shared exclusively with guests of Alpine Retreat Salzkammergut. Please use these facilities with care and consideration so everyone can enjoy this special place.

Respect for the Property

Every detail of Alpine Retreat has been created with craftsmanship, premium materials and great attention to detail. We kindly ask all guests to treat the accommodation and outdoor areas with the same appreciation.

Parties & Events

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat, parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain this special place. We wish you a wonderful and unforgettable stay in the Salzkammergut.
